We are happy to offer a no questions asked refund policy for 30 days after purchase. Simply email us at support@wineswithcharm.com and we will start the process.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If a charm comes breaks or comes apart anytime during your first year of use, we will gladly replace that charm. Just email us at info@wineswithcharm.com and tell us which charm it is and your address, and we will get another on it's way to you.
